Batavia Nature Refuge

Batavia Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation is responsible for managing and protecting the significant cultural and natural values of the Batavia Nature Refuge.

Under the conditions of a signed Conservation Agreement our Corporation must act to limit damaging impacts on the land.  Our Corporation holds some legal powers to control human and animal access within this declared Nature Refuge on Batavia Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation Aboriginal freehold land.
